Join CCA Georgia as a Corporate Sponsor
The Coastal Conservation Association of Georgia invites YOU to help lead the effort to protect and improve sport fishing on the Georgia coast.  As a CORPORATE CONSERVATION TEAM MEMBER, you will help CCA Georgia achieve these current goals:

Advocate protection for marine game-fish and habitat.

Strengthen involvement in State and Federal saltwater resource management and Influence management strategies as our coast experiences population growth.

Develop an effective program to teach conservation ethics to young anglers.

Build and monitor habitat enhancing artificial reefs.

Educate our members and the general public about saltwater resource conservation through newsletters, exhibits, events and seminars.

Organize new chapters throughout Georgia and increase membership so we may accurately and effectively represent saltwater sportsmen on matters affecting our marine resources.

CCA Georgia recognizes that many business and business people may wish to be involved with the cause of fisheries conservation – monetarily – in addition to the annual membership fees.  The CORPORATE CONSERVATION TEAM MEMBER program gives the potential member an opportunity to decide at what level they wish to support CCA Georgia.

OVERVIEW

The CORPORATE CONSERVATION TEAM MEMBER PROGRAM is an initiative by CCA Georgia to build long-term positive relationships with businesses.  We asked current and potential corporate donors what type of conservation activities they would most likely support.  From this research, it became clear that companies evaluate their philanthropic support much as they view their investments:

*What return will there be for the organization?

*Is this an efficient use of their money?  In other words, will it do the most good for the greatest number?

*Is it consistent with or does it distract from their primary mission?

The CORPORATE CONSERVATION TEAM MEMBER PROGRAM addresses the following:

*By participating in this program, corporations can demonstrate their concerns for conservation and the marine environment to their customers and other constituencies.

*Corporations supporting fisheries conservation can help a wide variety of marine life.  Humans also benefit, of course, as fisheries conservation greatly affects many areas of our economy and our recreational activities.

*CCA Georgia provides conservation skill and energy.  This allows a company’s resources to do the most good for our fisheries without time and energy being expended by the company itself.

*The CORPORATE CONSERVATION TEAM MEMBER PROGRAM allows companies to focus their involvement in fisheries conservation projects that are win/win at local and state levels.

To be a CORPORATE CONSERVATION TEAM MEMBER, annual gifts are made to CCA Georgia at a minimum level of $1,000.  Gifts can take the following forms:

*Unrestricted cash gifts.

*Specific project sponsorship.

*Specific event sponsorship.

*In-kind gifts.

CCA Georgia recognizes that many business and business people may wish to be involved with the cause of fisheries conservation Ë monetarily Ë in addition to the annual membership fees.  The SMALL BUSINESS CONSERVATION TEAM MEMBER program gives the potential member an opportunity to decide at what level they wish to support CCA Georgia.
